CONFERENCE FAQs
-
You'll experience four presentations: The Convergence Crisis (what's actually happening to churches), Generation Z & Dechurched America (who you're losing and why), The Church & The Internet (digital tools for discipleship), and Impact & Legacy (how to measure success and build Gospel witness). Each builds on the last. By the end, you'll have a complete understanding of the moment your church is in and concrete next steps.

We focus on three things: (1) Honest assessment of what's actually happening to churches, (2) Tactical, implementable strategies you can start immediately, and (3) Gospel-centered thinking—not growth hacks, but impact-first ministry. We're not selling you a system or a solution. We're helping you see clearly and think strategically.
-
We'll tell you about our marketing plan services because some attendees find them helpful. But we're not here to hard sell. Our goal is to serve you and your church. If you want to talk further, great. If not, that's totally fine. We’re putting these on to share what we know to equip YOU as the bride of Christ.
-
This applies to churches of all sizes. Small churches face unique challenges (resource constraints, succession pressure). Large churches face different ones (complexity, staff turnover). The principles in these presentations work everywhere.
