How It Works For You

Attendees buy tickets at $50 each.
After Good Grain Creative covers event costs (roughly $1,500), profits are split 50/50 with your church.

Pastors and leaders who attend often realize they need help with their church's digital strategy, messaging, or overall plan.

When they hire Good Grain Creative for anything, your church receives 20% of their first contract’s value.

One successful conference can generate $1,500-3,000+ in immediate revenue, plus ongoing referral commissions.

And you've built relationships with dozens of pastors in your area who will remember that your church brought this event to the region.

The Conference Includes…

Four presentations addressing the biggest crisis moment confronting to American churches:

Presentation 1: The Convergence Crisis

Pastoral succession, the great wealth transfer, and de-churching are intersecting.

What it means and why it's actually an invitation.

Presentation 2: Generation Z & Dechurched America

Who are we losing? Why? And what are they actually looking for?

Presentation 3: The Church & The Internet

Digital strategy isn't optional. Here's how to use it for actual Gospel impact.

Presentation 4: Impact & Legacy

Do good works. Tell the story. Measure by impact, not attendance. Watch everything change.

Full day. Tactical. Gospel-centered.

Your regional ministry walks away equipped.

Who Can Host?

Churches of any size. Denominations. Pastor networks. Leadership coalitions.

You don't need a huge venue. You don't need to be a megachurch. You just need a space, a network of pastors to invite, and willingness to promote the event.

Good Grain Creative handles the presentation, technical setup, and materials. You handle the venue and promotion, and catering, we will reimburse you for that.

That's it.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • 50-150 depending on your market and promotion. We've seen conferences as small as 40 and as large as 200+

  • It’s not a total loss. Our upside is the ticket split after costs but yours includes referral commissions—and here's the important part: you still get 20% commission on every marketing plan contract signed by an attendee, regardless of ticket sales. So even if the event breaks even on tickets, the real revenue comes from the pastors and leaders who connect with Good Grain Creative afterward. That's where hosting pays off long-term.

  • A venue (150-300 capacity), AV setup (or we can recommend providers), and promotion to your network. That's it.

  • Most of the costs are travel, lodging, catering, venue rental (if applicable), and promotion materials. The exact amount depends on location and event size, but we typically estimate $1,500-2,000 per event. Once ticket sales cover those costs, profits split 50/50 with your church.

  • The four presentations stay the same—they're designed as a complete arc. But we can adapt timing, add breaks, or customize the opening/closing to your community.

  • We provide email templates, social graphics, talking points, and sample messaging. You send to your list and network. We promote on our channels too. It's a partnership. You may see some advertisements sponsored by Good Grain Creative in the days leading up to our event.

  • 30 days after the event.

  • Absolutely. Some host cities do spring and fall events.

  • Talk to us. We're flexible. But the core four presentations are the anchor.

  • Not necessarily. If your church has a venue, great—that saves money. If you need to rent a space, that becomes part of the event costs we split. Either way, we work together to find the most cost-effective solution.

  • We can recommend local caterers and help coordinate, but typically the host church handles catering arrangements. This also gives you flexibility to choose what works for your budget and community.
